Refund Policy

Life SMP sells digital ranks and perks that are delivered instantly to your in-game account. Because these are digital goods, refunds are handled as set out below.

1. Digital goods

Ranks are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. Once a purchase is completed and the rank is applied to your account, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds except where required by law or under the exceptions below.

2. When we will refund

• Failure on our end: if you were charged but never received your rank, or the rank did not apply due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund or fix it.
• Accidental duplicate charge: if the same purchase was charged twice, we will refund the duplicate.
• Pre-launch purchases: if you pre-ordered VIP and the server does not launch, you may request a full refund of any period paid for during which the perks could not be used.
• Legal rights: nothing here limits any statutory refund rights you have under your local consumer law.

3. When we will not refund

• You changed your mind after the rank was delivered and applied.
• You were banned or had perks revoked for breaking our Terms of Service.
• You lost in-game hearts, items, or progress through normal LifeSteal gameplay.

4. Subscriptions

VIP is a monthly subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. To cancel, use the cancel link in your purchase confirmation or contact us in Discord before your next renewal date.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us in our Discord with your transaction ID and the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 72 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or processor.
